Jaime King is one stylish mama-to-be! Three days after announcing her pregnancy on Twitter, the Hart of Dixie star walked her first major red carpet during the Costume Institute Gala in New York City May 6.
The 34-year-old actress donned a Topshop tuxedo with a lace top. Wearing a gold crown, King completed her look with Jimmy Choo heels and jewelry by Jennifer Fisher and Bulgari.
King, who wed filmmaker Kyle Newman in 2007, has been vocal about her desire to become a mother. At the Saint Vintage Love Tour benefiting Stand Up 2 Cancer in March 2012, the actress told Us Weekly she and Newman "always" had babies on the brain. "Whenever it happens, it happens," the former model said. "I'm the kind of person that's always wanted children."
The Nebraska native added that she wasn't quite sure how many kids she hoped to have with her husband. "As long as my children are healthy, I'd be grateful to have one healthy child," King told Us. "It's one thing at a time."
