Battle of the cute babies! New mom Kristen Bell congratulated actor Tom Arnold on the birth of his baby boy by jokingly comparing their newborns’ looks.
“Tom Arnold your baby is so much cuter than ours,” she tweeted Thursday, April 11 to her Hit and Run costar. “Big deal. I can admit the facts.” The Veronica Mars actress, 32, welcomed her first child, daughter Lincoln, with fiance Dax Shepard on March 28. (The couple has not yet released a photo of their baby girl.)
“But yours is so much more mature,” Arnold tweeted back. The True Lies actor, 54, welcomed his first child, son Jax, with wife Ashley Grousmann, on April 6. Arnold has struggled with infertility for years, and was able to conceive Jax with his wife after several rounds of in vitro fertilization.
Bell’s tweet came after Arnold posted a new photo debuting his baby boy. In the picture, he and former True Lies costar Arnold Schwarzenegger are holding little Jax. The comedian captioned the shot, “Because of my fertility issue my sweet wife took a heck of a lot of hormones to make our son, but she still looks gorgeous! True lie.”
