Mariah Carey is getting ready for American Idol by changing up her look.
The singer sported a new dark tan at the 2013 Winter TCA Tour Tuesday, Jan. 8 during a panel for the Fox show in Pasadena, Calif. Joining fellow judges Nicki Minaj, Keith Urban, Randy Jackson and host Ryan Seacrest, Carey showed a lot of skin in a short, strapless green dress.
The mother to twins Monroe and Moroccan, 19 months, had a heavily-bronzed face and tan line near her cleavage.
Just last week, Carey was on tour in Australia. Between performances, the singer, who traveled with husband Nick Cannon and their twins, did enjoy a little relaxation time on the beach.
Carey showed off her hot beach bod in a red bikini while playing in the sand. For a tiny cover, she also wore a short denim skirt.

Just six months after giving birth to twins in April 2011, Carey lost 30 pounds and showed off her flat stomach on the cover of Us Weekly. With the help of Jenny Craig, the Grammy-winning star dropped the baby weight.
“I’m proud of how hard I worked to get my body back,” she told Us. “I had to do this for me.”
