Canadian rendezvous? On-again, off-again engaged couple Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth caused a stir on Twitter Tuesday, July 9, when they were spotted by fans in Canada.
Cyrus, 20, and Hemsworth, 23, were photographed posing with a fan. The picture was reportedly taken at the airport in Alberta, Canada. In the photo, the "We Can't Stop" singer is wearing a long Tupac T-shirt that made it look like she wasn't wearing any pants. Hemsworth, wearing a gray T-shirt and tan pants, barely cracks a smile while posing for the camera.
Hemsworth is currently on location in Canada filming Cut Bank. The twosome were also allegedly photographed separately by fans hiking in the same ensembles. A source tells Us Weekly that the two were staying at Jasper Fairmont Park Lodge together. "They've been mostly staying in the room and ordering room service," the insider says. "It's the perfect place for someone to get away from it all."
The Last Song costars were last photographed together enjoying a movie date in Hollywood on June 17. According to an eyewitness at the time, Cyrus and Hemsworth were "talkative, smiling and affectionate" during their night out.
In late May, multiple sources confirmed to Us that the couple had called it quits, but were continuing to live together in Cyrus' mansion in L.A.'s Toluca Lake. "It's strange," a source told Us of their relationship. "He's like a roomie who she can have fun with and be silly with — but there's no passion."
In a June 26 appearance on ABC's Good Morning America, Cyrus said she was still in a relationship with The Hunger Games actor. "I'm wearing a ring, so . . ." she said.
