New babies, new mamas and new drama! Teen Mom 3 is set to premiere this August on MTV with four new young moms and Us Weekly has the exclusive first-look trailer.
Katie Yeager, Alex Sekella, Mackenzie Douthit and Briana DeJesus, who first shared their pregnancy stories in Season 4 of 16 and Pregnant, continue to their journeys into motherhood on Teen Mom 3.
Yeager struggles to raise daughter Molli with boyfriend Joey Maes while taking online courses at a community college and working a part time job. Though Yeager dreamed of transferring to a four-year university, Maes tells her that education is a waste of money after he proposes. “Why can’t you love me like I love you?” Maes asks her future husband.
Sekella works three part time jobs while finishing high school and raising daughter Arabella with little help from on-again, off-again boyfriend Matt McCann. “You look like you’re on something. I don’t want you around her,” Sekella tells McCann, who spent six months in rehab. After he is rushed to the hospital with a suspected overdose, Sekella screams, “I can’t deal with that! I gave him everything!”
As Douthit balances her junior year of high school, cheerleading and raising son Gannon, her relationship with fiance Josh McKee becomes increasingly more strained. “I don’t care,” McKee says. “I don’t care what happens to us.”
Meanwhile, DeJesus debates whether or not she wants ex-boyfriend Devoin Ri’chard Austin II to be a part of their daughter Nova’s life. With the support of her mother Roxanne and older sister Brittany, DeJesus says, “Nova has three moms. I don’t need Devoin.”
Teen Mom 3 premieres Monday, Aug. 26 at 10:00 p.m. EST on MTV.
