Back to the basics! Naya Rivera and boyfriend Big Sean wore matching, sleek black outfits on the red carpet for the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday, Aug. 25, heating up Brooklyn’s Barclays Center even before Lady Gaga kicked off the show.
The new couple, who first stepped out together at the L.A. premiere of the Jackie Robinson movie 42 back in April, looked cool and collected as they spoke with reporters prior to the eventful show, and Rivera, 26, told Us Weekly that she was excited for ‘N Sync’s reunion.
“They’re history making,” she said of the boy band. “That was our childhood, [our] best years. I can’t wait!”
The Glee actress wore a stunning, figure-hugging vintage Paco Rabanne floor-length gown for the occasion, with a few strategic cutouts to accent her enviable figure. She accessorized her look with a Jimmy Choo clutch, Diane Von Furstenberg Shoes and jewelry by Neil Lane, Demarco and Marina B.
Big Sean, meanwhile, donned a sleek black leather vest and a deep maroon-and-black shirt for the awards show.
