An emoji sad face is needed! Evan Rachel Wood and Katherine Moennig have split, sources reveal exclusively to Us Weekly. Us confirmed last month that the actress' were an item after exchanging flirty texts in February 2013.

"Evan is crazy about Katherine. She had a crush on her for years but now can act on it," an insider told Us at the time. "The age difference doesn't bother her at all either. She thinks they make an amazing couple. She is head over heels and Katherine feels the same way."
Indeed, Wood, 27, and the Ray Donovan star, 36, wasted no time showing their affection for each other in public. In October, they kept close while attending the Hammer Museum's annual Gala in the Garden in L.A.
Still, the romance ended as quickly as it started. Earlier this month, Wood cryptically tweeted "…it hurts." On Nov. 9, she retweeted a quote from The Lion King: "The past can hurt, but the way I see it, you can either run from it, or learn from it." A source tells Us, however, that the couple may just be taking a break.
Wood came out as bisexual in 2011 following her split from fiance Marilyn Manson. She shares a 16-month-old son with ex-husband Jamie Bell, whom she split from in May after nearly two years of marriage.
