The not-so-friendly skies! Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie were both scheduled to fly (first class, natch) on the same British Airways flight from Los Angeles to London this past Sunday, Aug. 11 — but Aniston, 44, had her flight changed last minute to travel on Monday instead, an airline source confirms to Us Weekly. (E! News first reported the story.)
"Whether it was because Angelina was on the Sunday flight, we don't really know, but she did change it," the source explains to Us of the We're the Millers actress, whose ex-husband Brad Pitt is now engaged, of course, to Jolie. Explains the insider: "The airline has VIP greeters who do chat about this sort of thing and may have informed each other of the [Aniston-Jolie] conflict but nobody can say for sure."
UPDATE: Aniston's rep denies the report, telling Us: "We were always leaving for London on Monday on the flight we took. Plus, we don't know the travel plans of Angelina."
While the Maleficent star and Pitt, 49, have made a life for themselves — and their now-six children — Aniston has also moved on since her 2005 split from Pitt. She recently threw a 42nd birthday bash for her own husband-to-be, Justin Theroux — and squashed the latest rumors that she's pregnant with her first child.
"There's nothing to be announced," she said during an interview on Australian morning radio show The Kyle and Jackie O Show. The star's new curves noticed by many at the We're the Millers NYC premiere Aug. 1 were, she said, "just a couple of pounds."
