Although the big show is hosted — for the first time — by Seth MacFarlane, the opening number will star hotties Charlize Theron (2004's Best Actress winner), Channing Tatum, Daniel Radcliffe and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Special musical performances will include, as previously announced, Adele, Dame Shirley Bassey (the iconic "Goldfinger" singer will help celebrate the 50th anniversary of the James Bond franchise), Kristen Chenoweth, Norah Jones, and Oscar winner Barbra Streisand. During a tribute to movie musicals, Chicago's Catherine Zeta-Jones will perform "All That Jazz," while Dreamgirls' Jennifer Hudson will belt out "And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going."
