Baywatch weight watchers? The cast of the hit TV drama got together for their 25 year reunion on Entertainment Tonight recently and divulged one very juicy secret from their time on-set.

"If you did anything to gain or lose weight, you were in trouble," Baywatch alum Traci Bingham told ET's Brooke Anderson. Added Nicole Eggert, "[There] was a five pound fluctuation you couldn't go up or down."

Eggert, 41, made headlines in 2012 after gaining weight following the birth of her second child. She appeared on ABC's Extreme Weight Loss series in June, however, helping to inspire a 25-year-old young woman to shed the weight.

Bingham and Eggert, who played Jordan Tate and Summer Quin, respectively, weren't the only actors who had to maintain a fit figure to play quick-witted lifeguards on the series, which ran 12 years, from 1989 to 2001.

Other Hollywood veterans, including David Hasselhoff, Pamela Anderson and Carmen Electra also got their start on the show, donning the iconic red swimsuits.

Earlier this month, both Anderson, 46, and Electra, 41, showed off their impressive bikini bodies on separate romps on the beach — Anderson in Biarritz, France with boyfriend Rick Salomon, and Electra in Hawaii to promote her new dance single "I Like It Loud."
