With legal problems brewing, Teresa and Joe Giudice put on a united front on Saturday, Aug. 10, where the Real Housewives of New Jersey star hosted the “Absolutely Fabulous” event at Hard Rock Hotel’s Pangaea Lounge in Hollywood, Fla.
Wearing a silver sequined mini-dress, the 41-year-old posed happily next to husband Joe, 43, who wore a pink button-up. Posting various photos to her Instagram page of the pair, the cookbook author referred to Joe as her “honey” “sweetheart” and her “heart.”
Indeed, an eyewitness at the event tells Us Weekly that the parents to four daughters (Gia, 12, Gabriella, 10, Milania, 7, and Aduriana, 3) were all smiles during the night.
“Teresa appeared to be in good spirits, spending the majority of the evening posing for pictures with fans,” the insider shared.
“She was very gracious with everyone,” the source added. “Overall, Teresa looked happy.”
The Bravo star also got support from a few of the club’s dancers, who wore “Team Teresa” white tank tops. Posing with them for a picture, Teresa wrote, “It’s a good night…kisses.”
She’ll need all the support and love she can get as she and Joe face 50 years in prison after they were indicted on 39 counts of fraud on July 29. They were released on a $500,000 bail the following day.
“The family is handling themselves with great dignity, but it’s very traumatic,” Teresa’s attorney, Henry E. Klingeman, told Us. “And when you have four small girls, it’s tough for everybody, including the girls.”
Their next hearing is scheduled for Aug. 14.
