Kelly Osbourne appears to be in better spirits — and better health — following her March 7 seizure scare. Ten days after she collapsed on the set of Fashion Police, the lavender-haired 28-year-old was spotted leaving a friend's house in Beverly Hills March 17.

Osbourne has been resting at home since being released from the hospital March 11. "Thank you to all the doctors, nurses, medical Staff and employees Cedars Sinai Hospital for fixing me enough to go home," she tweeted. "It's so nice to be in bed!"

While undergoing a series of medical tests, Osbourne tweeted a picture of an IV in her arm and assured fans that doctors were merely "trying to figure out why" she had a seizure. She also joked that her "life is now like an episode of House."
