It’s her birthday and she can celebrate early — and in a bikini top — if she wants to! Though she officially turns 31 on Wednesday, Aug. 28, LeAnn Rimes kicked off the festivities early with a luau party on Monday.
“Can’t sleep! I’m like a child, so excited for my bday party today,” Rimes tweeted early Monday morning. “Love having so many friends & family together. #nobuiswhippingupsushi.”
The birthday girl later shared a photo of herself getting ready and tweeted, “Loving my @ACACIASWIMWEAR Hawaiian print bikini for my luau bday celebration.” Once she arrived at her party, Rimes shared a snapshot of herself posing with three women dressed in coconut bras and floral skirts.
In a sexy photo with husband of two years Eddie Cibrian, Rimes showed off the top of her tropical-print bikini while wearing tiny denim shorts and sharing an embrace with her man. “Birthday love,” she captioned the adorable shot. Wearing a Hawaiian shirt and shorts, actor Cibrian, 40, had a big smile on his face while posing with his wife.
The biggest birthday surprise of all, however, came from a Twitter follower. Cibrian’s ex-wife Brandi Glanville, who is frequently at odds with the couple for years, shockingly sent her love to Rimes via Twitter on Monday. “Happy Birthday @leannrimes xob,” the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star wrote.
The country singer apparently really felt the birthday love at her luau. Rimes tweeted Tuesday, “That might just go down in bday history as the best party! It was such a great feeling to look around & say ‘I love everybody here so much.'”
