Aunt KoKo is ready for the summer! A few days after Khloe Kardashian became an auntie for the third time (sister Kim Kardashian welcomed her baby girl with beau Kanye West on Saturday, June 15), the reality star stepped out on Wednesday, June 20, looking happier than ever — with cornrows to boot!
Wearing turquoise-colored Giuseppe Zanotti heels, Intermix leather shorts, a sheer button-up Equipment blouse, the 28-year-old showed off her fit figure and trendy summer style. She completed the chic look with her wavy hair in half cornrows. "I am LOVING my glam today," she tweeted, thanking her stylist for the unique "hair realness."
Khloe isn't the first Kardashian family member to rock the braided trend — Kim and Kendall Jenner both debuted cornrows on a April 2012 vacation in the Dominican Republic.
The star spent the day meeting fans while promoting she and her sisters' newest product, Kardashian Sun Kissed self-tanners. "Sun kissed kind of day! Thank you to all of my stunning dolls!!!" she tweeted after the event in Burbank, Calif.
On Sunday, June 16, after Us Weekly broke news of Kim and West's baby arrival, Khloe tweeted about her new niece, calling her a "miracle."
"I can not even begin 2describe the miracle that is now apart of our family," she wrote. "Mommy/baby are healthy &resting. We appreciate all of the love. More info will come when the time is right! Thank you all for understanding! We love you all dearly! Overwhelmed with love right now."
