Diane Sawyer may have a lot of fans, but Glenn Beck is not one of them. The outspoken conservative pundit, never one to mince words, had some seriously harsh things to say about the veteran journalist on his radio show on Wednesday, July 31 — even his co-hosts were left speechless.

"When ABC hired me, I was Diane Sawyer's little bitch," Beck said of his time as an ABC News contributor. (He joined the network as a commentator on Good Morning America in 2007.) "She would call me up — my wife was like, 'What's going on with you and Diane Sawyer?' I was like, 'I don't know.'"
Beck claimed that Sawyer called and e-mailed him "all the time" about how she wanted to "change television." But then she suddenly cut off all contact.
"What happened? This is my opinion," he said. "CAIR [the Council on American-Islamic Relations] went down and said to ABC, 'You put him on, you don't isolate him, we're going to boycott ABC and we're going to boycott your Disney park.' Well, Disney can't have that. So what happens? All of a sudden, I can't even get Diane on the phone. I'm like, 'Hey, what happened? Hello?' Nothing!"
"Finally, about eight months later, she has lunch with me, and she becomes the biggest bigot I've ever seen in my life," he continued. "And I'm like, 'You gotta be kidding me.'"
Beck's co-hosts, Pat Gray and Stu Burguiere, went completely silent after his rant, prompting Beck to say, "Stu's upset with me."
"I don't know what you're even doing today," Burguiere replied. "I've lost track. I don't know what the show is today…Just keep going. Don't even think about what you're saying. Just go with it. Whatever comes to your mind, just say it."
