Love is in the air … or in The Hills, at least. This past weekend Lauren Conrad announced her engagement to USC law student William Tell the day after ex-boyfriend Jason Wahler walked down the aisle and married model Ashley Slack. And now another Hills star is engaged — Heidi Montag's sister Holly Montag!
Holly, 30, is the older sibling of Heidi, 27, and appeared in 25 episodes of The Hills starting in Season 3. She's kept a relatively low profile since the MTV reality smash wrapped in 2010, and Heidi was the one to break the news of her engagement on Twitter.
"A HUGE congratulations to my amazing loving sister on her engagement to Richie! Answered prayers! love u so much & am so ecstatic for u!" the reality starlet tweeted on Oct. 13.
Us Weekly broke the news in May 2011 that the elder Montag was dating Justin "Bobby Brescia, who had appeared on The Hills and dated both Audrina Patridge and Kristin Cavallari.
The couple never went public with their relationship and clearly Montag moved on to her now-fiance Richie.
In 2009, Montag replaced her sister and Spencer Pratt on the reality show I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here. She went on to try her hand at standup comedy, with many of her routines touching on her apparent struggles with alcoholism.
