Lindsay Lohan, currently in rehab, may have violated the terms of her plea deal.

Lindsay Lohan is playing Russian roulette with her future. On Thursday, May 2, the 26-year-old checked in to Morningside Recovery in Newport Beach, Calif. to begin her court-ordered 90-day treatment program. Meanwhile, the actress' attorney, Mike Heller, appeared before Judge James R. Dabney in an L.A. courtroom. The prosecution argued that Lohan had violated her plea deal by not enrolling in a pre-approved facility.

The Scary Movie 5 actress was originally planning to seek treatment at Seafield Center in Westhampton Beach, New York. Dabney could have issued a bench warrant and reinstated Lohan's 90-day jail sentence, though he chose to table the issue until May 10. That will give the prosecution team sufficient time to determine whether Morningside Recovery can provide Lohan with adequate care. (TMZ later learned that the facility had its license revoked in 2012 and therefore cannot legally provide treatment.)

During Thursday's hearing, Santa Monica City Attorney Terry White argued that he found three articles "condemning" Morningside Recovery. Dabney briefly reviewed the paperwork and said that while the facility looks acceptable, he will make a formal decision a week from Friday.

Lohan — who revealed via Instagram that she packed 270 outfits for her sixth stint in rehab — pleaded no contest to lying to police and reckless driving on March 18; the charges stemmed from a June 2012 car crash in Santa Monica, Calif. She must also receive psychological counseling, complete 30 days of community labor and pay a series of fines.
