This home is no longer where their hearts are. Five months after finalizing their divorce, and nearly three years after announcing their initial separation, Courteney Cox and ex-husband David Arquette are getting rid of the Beverly Hills mansion they once shared along with daughter Coco, 9.
The 5,500-square-foot home, designed by architect A. Quincy Jones and located in the exclusive Trousdale Estates area, has been listed for around $19.5 million, real estate site Trulia reports. It features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a bi-level living room, and a big, circular swimming pool with views of the city.
Per Trulia, the couple purchased the estate in 2004 for $5.45 million. The Cougar Town actress, 49, moved out after their separation in 2010, but Arquette, 42, has continued to use the house.
Once the mansion sells, TMZ reports, the exes will no longer own any property together. However, they do still share daughter Coco — not to mention a cherished friendship.
“He’s my best friend in the world,” Cox told Ellen DeGeneres earlier this year of Arquette. “I love him.”
She added: “I appreciate David more now than I ever did. I mean…it’s hard. I don’t recommend divorce in general, but he is my best friend, and we’ve both grown and changed, and I think we both appreciate each other more. I hope he does. I do.”
