Paul Walker loved life. Two weeks before he died suddenly in a car accident on Nov. 30, the Fast & Furious actor was happy and excited as he chatted with Us Weekly about his 15-year-old daughter, Meadow, who had recently moved from Hawaii to California to live with him.
That conversation, featured in the new issue of Us Weekly, is now a heartbreaking reminder of what will never be. But it's also a glimpse of the kind of man he was — a doting dad with a big heart.
"I'm glad I had her at 25, because at 40 and 15, we're matching up sweet. It's just working," the blue-eyed star told Us at an event for his film Hours in mid-November. "It's perfect."
Indeed, Walker seemed thrilled about their growing bond. He was looking forward to spending even more quality time with his daughter in the years to come and was focused on improving their communication.
