Happy New Year, indeed! Singer and actor Jared Leto went shirtless in Tulum, Mexico on Dec. 28, showing off his chiseled abs and toned body while hanging out near the ocean.
The Thirty Seconds to Mars frontman was looking back to his gorgeous self while on vacation, sporting long hair and low-riding board shorts.
Leto, 42, looked much healthier than he did a year ago while filming the potential Oscar contender, Dallas Buyers Club, where he played AIDs patient named Rayon.
The role has already earned the star, who took a five year break from acting, a SAG and Golden Globe nomination.
At a screening in September, Leto credited his fellow nominee and costar for his decision to return to acting.
"Matthew McConaughey is doing something spectacular with his life [and] his career. I wanted to be a part of that," he said. "He's doing the most incredibly inspiring work and I said, 'If he's willing to walk down this path, I have to get in the ring with him. That's someone I have to dance with, am I right?"
