Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom's 4th Anniversary Surrounded in Drama

Um, happy anniversary, Khloe and Lamar?!

Four years to the date after the couple first said "I Do" on September 27 (one month after meeting!), the tabloid staples find themselves at a major crossroads in their relationship.

Perhaps it's fitting that today's the day Lamar, 33, was scheduled to be arraigned for his misdemeanor DUI case. (The troubled former NBA player was charged on September 13 following his arrest for suspicious of DUI on August 30) Although he wasn't required to appear in court, his lawyer, Richard Hutton, was present and granted a postponement. Odom's new hearing date is scheduled for October 10.

To celebrate her anniversary, Khloe dropped the "Odom" surname from the title of her Twitter account — she's now simply "Khloe" on the social media platform. However, her handle, @KhloeKardashian, remains the same. The move makes sense since Khloe also dropped "Odom" from her Instagram name on Tuesday.

The 29-year-old reality star posted yet another cryptic mixed message about her mental state via Instagram Thursday night.

We're not sure what the intent is behind this note, but it certainly sounds troubling.

Does all of this indicate the final nail in the coffin for their marriage?

Well, perhaps not quite yet!

TMZ reports that Lamar is planning a massive $100,000 present and a weekend getaway for his wife. It's unclear exactly how much the two have been talking with each other in recent weeks, as Odom continues to be surrounded by rumors of intense drug abuse.

Khloe doesn't appear to be the only Kardashian going through marital issues this week though. Matriarch Kris Jenner — who has been married to Bruce Jenner since 1991 — was spotted out and about without her wedding band on Thursday.

Think we'll be watching the cameras follow around two single Kardashian women this fall? Several signs seem to point to that being likely.
