Lisa Vanderpump and husband Ken Todd have been mixed up in a gay bar brawl! The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars were named as defendants in a lawsuit filed by Ryan Carrillo and Andrew Gruver, who claim that they planned to open a sports-themed gay bar, only to have the location “stolen” by Vanderpump and Todd via underhanded paperwork.

In the lawsuit (obtained by The Wrap), filed by Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, Aug. 14, Carrillo and Gruver claim they partnered with producer Elie Samaha, who agreed to invest $500,000 in the opening of Bar Varsity. However, they claim that they never received the investment from Samaha and co-defendants Freddy Braidy and Edward Frumkes.

They also say they were convinced to open the bar and restaurant at the Santa Monica Blvd. location of coffee shop Java Detour, which Samaha owns. But instead, the lawsuit alleges, Samaha, Braidy and Frumkes leased the property to Vanderpump and Todd to open restaurant and bar, P.U.M.P Lounge. The suit claims the Bravo stars were aware of Bar Varsity’s agreement on the property and “intended to disrupt the performance of the agreement.”

Vanderpump, 52, and Todd, 55, issued a statement to The Wrap on Wednesday denying any wrongdoing. “We had no prior knowledge of Ryan Carrillo and Andrew Gruver or their claim,” the couple said. “We took the lease in good faith seven months ago and all of our applications and notices have been posted publicly. Any issue will be between them and the property owner.”

Carrillo and Gruver allege fraud and breach of contract in their lawsuit, and are asking for an injunction blocking further construction of P.U.M.P Lounge and “restitution to plaintiffs and disgorgement of all ill-gotten gains by defendants.”
