Staying silent! Hank Baskett and Kendra Wilkinson went on WE tv’s Marriage Boot Camp to work out their issues following the allegations that he’d cheated with a transgender model, but their castmates aren’t so sure they’re taking it seriously.
The couple had a breakthrough in last week’s episode as Baskett finally told Wilkinson, on-camera, what happened to spark the allegations, but their Marriage Boot Camp costars want them to open up about their feelings even more.
“Hank, do you care about the truth being out? Just so you’re not misidentified, like, as a person,” Aubrey O’Day asks the former pro football player in Us Weekly‘s exclusive clip of the Friday, July 31, episode. “It’s always difficult to hear about Hank’s issue because it feels like he won’t go near it,” she explains in a voiceover.
She continues, “Does it hurt you, like in your heart?”
Baskett, 32, is quick to respond, keeping his wife at the forefront. “Does it hurt me? Because it hurts her,” he says.
But O’Day wants Baskett to acknowledge his own feelings. “Forget Kendra, does it hurt you?”
Instead, Wilkinson, 30, cuts in, disappointing O’Day. “If he has a hard time and you’re just trying to communicate for him, then that’s what you’ve gotta stop doing because he needs to start talking for himself,” O’Day says.
Marriage Boot Camp airs Fridays at 9 p.m. ET on WE tv.
