Most people go out for a night of clubbing to get their groove on, but Rihanna apparently also goes to adopt dogs! The “Bitch Better Have My Money” songstress was out for a night of fun in Los Angeles on Saturday, June 27, but came home with a cute little pooch instead of a hangover.
“Well, I found him in the bathroom somewhere, and he ran up to me,” Rihanna said in a Snapchat video recorded by a friend. The singer, 29, apparently couldn’t resist the tiny dog’s adorable face and brought him home with her.
“She literally just went to the club, came back with the cage, wee-wee pads, food, and a f—–g dog!” her friend exclaimed in another video as she panned the camera around the home to show all the supplies Rihanna had purchased for her new pet.
The Grammy winner seems quite smitten with the pooch, whom she could be heard calling Pepe. In yet another video, Rihanna, clad in all denim, reveals her maternal instincts and cradles fluffy Pepe in her arms and coos as she tries to rock him to sleep.
Pepe may have kept Rihanna busy that evening, but by the next day, the superstar was fresh-faced and gorgeous at the BET Awards held at the Microsoft Theater in L.A., where she teased a clip of the video for “Bitch Better Have My Money” by throwing a fat stack of cash at Stephen Hill’s face in a staged moment.
