Here’s hoping Red’s serving the low-carb options in the prison cafeteria. With the new year right around the corner, prison-bound Teresa Giudice’s time in the free world is dwindling. But that hasn’t stopped her from making her New Year’s resolutions.
Alongside her Real Housewives of New Jersey pal Dina Manzo, the cookbook author, 42, who starts her 15-month prison sentence on Jan. 5, listed some goals she has for 2015, never mentioning the fact that she will spend the rest of the upcoming year behind bars.
“Going forward I would like to stop eating bad carbs,” she started, adding that she wants to get her famous “ass” back.
When Manzo, 43, said she’s looking to “simplify” her life, Giudice replied, “I like that. I’ve been doing that. I’ve been filtering. I want to continue doing that.”
Things got a little awkward when the younger sister of Caroline Manzo noted, “I want to be more spontaneous this year. If I want to go away somewhere, I’m just going to let that happen and people will figure things out.”
“You should!” Giudice said. “I have four little ones so I can’t do that.”
But clearly it’s not the reality star’s four daughters who would be keeping her from taking spontaneous trips this year.
