Uh-oh! There’s trouble brewing in the Dancing With the Stars ballroom, and one of the season 20 celebs could be forced to pull out of the competition.
Former Bachelor Chris Soules pulled his calf muscle during rehearsal on Sunday, April 12 — he even tweeted about the injury — but things aren’t looking up for the star. The recently engaged ABC personality, 33, collapsed while blocking his dance for the cameras alongside partner Witney Carson, and Us Weekly has exclusive video of the Iowa farmer’s painful tumble.

“Chris pulled his calf muscle yesterday in rehearsals and then today collapsed on the stage during camera blocking. He is in a lot of pain and in physical therapy now seeing if he can dance tonight,” an insider told Us.
The injury comes on top of a particularly difficult week for Soules and Carson. “They are both discouraged by their scores from the judges,” the source dished.
Although the couple has never taken the top of the leaderboard, they scored the lowest in week 4 with a 27, garnering their harshest criticism yet. Putting it bluntly, judge Len Goodman said, “I have to judge purely on the dancing. That wasn’t that great.”
Although Soules is still in pain, the insider tells Us that it will be a game time decision as to whether he will dance or not. “He will know after dress rehearsal if he can dance in the show,” the source said.
