Forget being bootylicious! Beyonce has an undeniable glow ever since ditching animal products. Queen Bey, who upset fans by dramatically teasing a big Good Morning America announcement on Monday, only to then talk about her vegan diet, looked especially sultry in her latest swimsuit Instagram.
Jay Z’s wife, 33, posted a caption-less Instagram of herself sitting on a well-manicured lawn by a pool on Wednesday, June 10, soaking up the sun in a black and polka-dot printed monokini, its low-cut front putting her cleavage on full display.
The “Crazy In Love” singer credits going vegan for her headline-making figure. "I am not naturally the thinnest woman," she confessed during the recorded video on GMA on June 8. "I have curves, I'm proud of my curves. I have struggled since a young age with diets. Finding something that actually works, that actually keeps the weight off, has been difficult for me."
Blue Ivy’s mom, who first took on Marco Borges’ 22-Day Vegan Challenge in 2013 before partnering with the exercise physiologist on a vegan home delivery plan, claims the program has helped her get weight “off fast” and has made her skin “really firm and a lot tighter.”
The concept behind the 22-day plan is that it takes 21 days to break a bad habit.
