Ladies who lunge! Kate Hudson flaunted her fit body with pal and trainer, Angi Fletcher via Instagram on Aug. 19. The same day, her look-alike mom, Goldie Hawn, was also spotted in a fitted blue and black outfit getting her heart-rate up during an outdoor walk.
The Something Borrowed star, 36, naturally chose designs from her own Fabletics line. Both Hudson’s blue sports bra and green and gray camo short shorts are from the affordable brand. Her trainer friend Fletcher donned a white and black sports bra with teal athletic shorts also by Fabletics.
“My #fitspiration girlfriend @angigreene,” Hudson captioned the pic of her workout bud as they posed on the countertop. “Always good to have a friend who can kick your butt and push you further.”
Hudson’s a big fan of sharing post-workout pics with pals of all types. Case in point, the snap of her Shih-Tzu puppy Wally Hudson earlier in August. “#PuppiesAndPilates,” she wrote, also wearing a black getup from Fabletics. 
Hudson’s famous mom, 69, also managed to squeeze time in for exercise that same day, hitting the pavement for a power walk.
The First Wives Club actress, who has been partners with Kurt Russell for over 30 years, was tanned and toned in a black and blue workout tank, and matching navy running capris. She paired the fitness fashion with gray and pink tennis shoes, white-rimmed shades, and a convenient leather fanny pack.
