Matt LeBlanc Performs Joey’s Friends Songs on Graham Norton Show: Watch!

Still got it! Matt LeBlanc stopped by The Graham Norton Show on Friday, May 1, and proved that he can still do Joey Tribbiani proud.

The Friends alum, 47, was asked by host Graham Norton about his 10-year tenure on the beloved show, in which he famously played Joey alongside Courteney Cox, Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer. The British TV personality specifically named one of aspiring actor Joey’s more questionable projects, a musical inspired by Sigmund Freud.

“I think it was right in the very beginning of the first season, like episode four, or something — it was called ‘Freud!'” LeBlanc explained, confirming that his character played Freud himself in the musical and he still remembered the main song from the play.

LeBlanc went on to perform said tune, putting on an accent to croon about Freud’s theories. The veteran actor remembered every word, grinning as he sang.

After being prompted by Norton, 52, LeBlanc was reminded of an episode from the fifth season of Friends, in which Joey finds a man who has a hand that looks exactly like his own. “Oh my god!” the actor said, laughing as he recalled the plot line.

“I gotta set it up first,” he began, addressing Rebel Wilson and Kit Harrington, who were also appearing on the talk show. “I meet a guy, not me, Joey… meets a guy in the casino who’s his exact hand double, and he thinks he has struck it rich now. ‘NASA’s gonna want to talk to us, this is big.'”

“So he comes up with this song and I think it goes like this,” LeBlanc continued, breaking into song. “‘This hand is your hand, this hand is my hand, No wait that’s your hand, Oh no that’s my hand!'”
