Giuliana Rancic penned a sweet blog post remembering the late Joan Rivers on Monday, Jan. 12: "I miss her dearly and think of her all the time."

Her late great friend. Giuliana Rancic dedicated her revamped website on Monday, Jan. 12, to none other than her late Fashion Police co-host Joan Rivers. Rancic wrote a sweet post titled "For Joan," in loving memory of Rivers, who passed away last September at age 81.

"I am so, so, so humbled by all of the support for the return of Fashion Police tonight on E!" Rancic, 40, wrote the morning after the 2015 Golden Globes. "We have a fresh, new show in store for you guys with a completely transformed set, new segments and of course, the addition of Brad Goreski and Kathy Griffin who will be joining Kelly [Osbourne] and I."

Griffin kicked off her Fashion Police stint on Monday, proving that she was a solid fit to take over the void left by her predecessor. The 53-year-old comedienne made fun of George Clooney's human rights lawyer wife Amal Alamuddin, and roasted other celebrities dressed poorly (in her opinion, at least) at the annual awards ceremony.

While the dynamic has changed after Rivers' death, Rancic told fans on Monday that she and Osbourne were enjoying the company of their new co-hosts.

"The four of us have never worked together before, but we have been having a blast at our photo shoots over the past few weeks," Rancic wrote. "I know we are going to have the best time on the show together. What it comes down to is that we all love to laugh and have fun with fashion, the perfect recipe for the new Fashion Police."

She went on to give a big shout-out to Rivers' daughter, Melissa Rivers, who serves as the executive producer of Fashion Police.

"It has been a difficult transition the past few months without our Joan, but we all know that she would want the show to go on," Rancic noted. "We have her incredible daughter, Melissa, back as our Executive Producer and she will always be the link back to Joan. We will always think of her on set and we know that she will be watching over and laughing alongside us."

The reality star then thanked fans for their outpouring of "sweet words and messages" after Rivers' passing.

"I miss her dearly and think of her all the time," Rancic concluded of her late pal. "I am proud to continue on this show that she made so wonderful and special and I hope we make her proud in our premiere episode."
