Rebel Wilson Bashes the Kardashians, Jenners, Refused to Present at MTV VMAs With Kendall, Kylie: See What She Said

Rebel Wilson slammed Kylie and Kendall Jenner as having "no talent" during a radio interview with Australian station KIIS FM on Wednesday, Nov. 4.

To each her own! Rebel Wilson couldn’t hold back her distaste for reality superstars Kylie and Kendall Jenner during an interview with Australian radio station KIIS FM on Wednesday, Nov. 4.

The Pitch Perfect star, 35, explained that she wasn’t thrilled to be lumped into the same category as the two Keeping Up With the Kardashians stars as potential presenters at this year’s MTV VMAs back in August.

“I was asked to present at the latest VMAs with Kendall and Kylie and said no,” she told radio hosts Kyle and Jackie O. “They’re famous for no talent. I said I’d do it myself. What they stand for is totally against what I stand for.”

Their rise to fame wasn’t exactly admirable either, Wilson added.

“They seem a bit superficial and their careers aren’t really based on talent,” she said. “I know they’re super popular, but I’m all about personality and working hard to get to where I am. How Kim Kardashian got famous from the sex tape and I just went to acting school and worked really hard…”

Dressed up like a cop, Wilson did end up presenting solo — for the Best Hip Hop Video category — and even twerked with Nicki Minaj when the “Anaconda” singer hopped onstage to accept her award.

Not that the comedienne is the only one who’s taken a jab at the famous reality family.

Last month, Amy Schumer ripped into the Kardashian sisters in her Saturday Night Live opening monologue, suggesting that they are bad role models for today’s young women.

“All they have, literally, is the Kardashians,” Schumer, 34, joked. “Is that a great message for little girls? A whole family of women that take the faces they were born with as a light suggestion?”

Schumer later took to Twitter to clarify her stance on the polarizing clan.

“Nothing but love for that family,” she captioned a cute snapshot of her niece. “I like idea of sending women the message to be happy in their own skin. #peace.”
