Kevin McCallister, is that you? A slightly disheveled, long-haired Macaulay Culkin stepped out in New York City on Sunday, March 12, to film scenes for The Jim Gaffigan Show.

The Home Alone star, 35, sported untamed tresses and looked every bit the hipster in a red plaid shirt layered underneath a gray jacket and paired with dark-rimmed eyeglasses as he shot the TV Land comedy. Culkin, who played himself in the show back in season 1, was spotted on the SoHo set standing on a fire escape with a megaphone in hand.

While the former child actor looks completely different from the kid America fell in love with in the early ’90s, he appears healthier than he has in the past. As Us Weekly previously reported, Culkin shocked fans in 2012 when he stepped out looking alarmingly skinny.

At the time, Culkin’s rep slammed speculation that his emaciated frame was the result of a health struggle: “Macaulay Culkin is in perfectly good health. For Entertainment Tonight or any other media to speculate otherwise is thoughtless, irresponsible and destructive.”

Since then, the 1991 Golden Globe nominee has reignited his career with roles in projects such as Wrestling Isn’t Wrestling and Adam Green’s Aladdin. In December 2015, he hilariously reprised his Kevin McCallister character in a bizarre NSFW video for a web series called :DRYVRS.

In the short, Culkin (as Kevin) recalls the horror of accidentally being left at home all by himself while his family jetted off to a holiday getaway.

“I had to fend off my house from two psychopath home invaders,” he says in the clip, looking terrified. “I still have nightmares about this bald weirdo dude chasing me.”
