Everyone else is doing it! With so many ‘90s shows now getting a reboot, Sister, Sister star Tamera Mowry-Housley told HuffPost Live on Thursday, Sept. 24, that she hopes to revisit the sitcom she and twin sister Tia Mowry starred on as teens.

“We would love to do a reunion, we just have to get the powers that be to actually do it!” the actress, now 37 and a mother of two, said. “I know Marques [Houston] wants to do it, I want to do it, Jackee [Harry] wants to do it, Tim [Reid] wants to do it, Tia wants to do it, that’s the whole cast!”

So why hasn’t the popular sitcom, about twin girls who were separated at birth and adopted by two different families, found a second life yet?

“I don’t know why we’re not doing it! Everyone wants to do it!” laughed the actress, who had her own suggestion on how fans might help make the dream a reality. “Maybe we need [executive producer] Suzanne de Passe. … Write Suzanne de Passe Entertainment and tell her to get the ball rolling!”

Sister, Sister went off the air in 1999 after six seasons. Since then, Mowry-Housley has continued to act, and is currently a co-host of The Real. She is married to former pro baseball player and journalist Adam Housley.
