“Back to Oakland! Pixar! Working on #ToyStory4, partners! Hanx,” the Oscar-winning actor, 59, captioned his WhoSay video.

Woody, the toy sheriff, is the star of all three of the franchise’s previous films, which also feature the astronaut Buzz Lightyear (Tim Allen). John Lasseter is set to direct the fourth installment, with Rashida Jones and Will McCormack penning the script.

Lasseter, who is also the chief creative officer of Pixar and Walt Disney Animation Studios, previously revealed that the upcoming film’s story will prominently feature Woody’s love interest, Bo Peep (Annie Potts).

“I love Bo Peep,” Lasseter told the crowd at Disney’s D23 Expo in August. “And we never got to know her backstory. She wasn’t in Toy Story 3 at all, so it really set us up nicely for her to come back. It’s a very special story.”
