Chrissy Teigen is enjoying every moment of motherhood. Well, almost every moment. The new mom, who welcomed daughter Luna with husband John Legend, last month, jokingly calls her baby girl a "milk monster."

The supermodel opened up about the challenges of motherhood in a new interview with Entertainment Tonight on Tuesday, May 17, and explained that the intense feeding schedule for her newborn surprised her.

"If you kind of do the math, you're kind of breastfeeding for 10 hours a day, total," Teigen, 30, said.

While breastfeeding her baby is a "loving and sweet" experience, the Cravings author said it's not easy. "They just use you for your milk, and you just feel like you are just a cow all day. It's hard to work your entire day around getting her all the nourishment she needs, because they are just little animals."

Teigen, who has shared sweet pics of Luna on Instagram, admits that every day reveals new changes in her little girl.

"Her eyes have uncrossed a little bit and, she's, like, now, rather than looking right through you, she looks at you, which is really nice," she said. "But it's the little smiles that get you."
