The model, 32, wore a gray top, black leather pants and a black blazer as she stopped by Urth Cafe in West Hollywood.
Earlier that day, she was seen kissing and hugging Disick, 32, as they ate lunch at the Polo Lounge in Beverly Hills. TMZ reports that they were joined with one of the self-proclaimed Lord's friends.
On January 4, Us Weekly exclusively revealed that Kourtney Kardashian's ex was dating the Swedish model.
"He's seen her a few times in L.A. and thinks she's really hot," a source told Us. "He's definitely interested and seeing where it goes."
The new relationship comes six months after Kardashian, 36, ended her nine-year relationship with Disick. At that time, he was spotted cozying up to ex Chloé Bartoli in the South of France.
Disick and Kardashian share three children — Mason, 6, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 12 months.
