Back on? Former flings Leonardo DiCaprio and Rihanna sparked romance rumors while in Paris on Sunday, January 17. According to an eyewitness, the two shared a sweet and friendly moment at L’Arc nightclub.
“Leo was at the club for a private party and Rihanna came with Cara Delevingne separately,” the insider tells Us. “Rihanna went over to Leo to say ‘hi,’ congratulate him and give him a kiss on the cheek. They chatted for a few minutes.”
DiCaprio, 41, is in town for the Paris premiere of his Oscar-nominated flick The Revenant, for which he also received a best actor nod. Rihanna, 27, has been busy filming Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets in Paris alongside her pal Delevingne, 23.
According to the source, the Golden Globe–winning actor and the “Diamonds” songstress are “just really good friends. They left the club separately.”
DiCaprio, who recently split from model Kelly Rohrbach, last hung with Rihanna when he helped her celebrate her 27th birthday on February 20 last year. “They were dancing close all night,” a source told Us at the time.
The actor and Grammy winner also spent Valentine’s Day weekend together. The two went clubbing at Manhattan hotspots 1 Oak and Up & Down, and also attended Paul McCartney’s concert at Irving Plaza. “They were whispering and staring into each other’s eyes,” an insider told Us the duo’s get-together at the concert.
The pair were first spotted getting close at the Playboy Mansion in January 2015, ahead of last year’s Golden Globes. “Just saw Leo and Rihanna make out while ‘pour it up’ was playing,” one attendee tweeted, though sources told Us there was no kissing, “just a little innocent flirting at most.”
Rihanna was last linked to soccer star Karim Benzema and rapper Travis Scott.
