Back on after breakup. After ending their engagement this past June, Emma Roberts and Evan Peters are back together, a source confirms exclusively to Us Weekly.

The insider tells Us that the American Horror Story costars, who were spotted grabbing dinner together at West Hollywood hot spot Katsuya this past weekend, are indeed seeing each other again.

Us confirmed this past June that Roberts, 24, and Peters, 28, had broken off their engagement after three years together. “They had been fighting,” one insider told Us at the time of the couple, who began dating in 2012 and got engaged Christmas 2013.

Multiple insiders added that their conflicting schedules were partially to blame for the split. The couple also shared a turbulent romance. In July 2013, the Scream Queens actress famously got arrested for domestic violence after getting into a physical altercation with Peters. “They’re a couple of young kids,” a source told Us at the time. “Their romance is pretty extreme.”

Days after Peters and Roberts ended their engagement, American Horror Story creator Ryan Murphy told Us Weekly that the exes would have to reconcile — on-screen, at least, for the upcoming season of the anthology series. “She comes at the end, and she has a great thing with Evan Peters at the end,” Murphy dished to Us of Season 5, AHS: Hotel. “That’s all I can say.” The two starred together in seasons 3 and 4 of AHS.

This time around, the first insider tells Us that Peters and Roberts have both grown up, and are taking things slow.

Meanwhile, in a new interview with Us Weekly last Friday, Roberts said she was focusing much of her energy on her role as Chanel in new horror comedy series — also a Murphy creation — Scream Queens. “It’s my dream come true, I’m not going to lie!” she told Us at an Aerie dinner last Friday. “The show is so great because every character is so different I think everyone’s going to have a favorite they’re rooting for. There’s a favorite they’re loving to hate, a favorite they’re hating to love.”

It helps that she has supportive costars like Lea Michele, Ariana Grande, and Keke Palmer. “For me getting to work with Jamie Lee Curtis has been a dream come true. I absolutely love Lea Michele and Abigail Breslin,” Roberts gushed. “To get to work with all these talented people from all different parts of the industry is so fun and everyone’s bringing what they have to the table and we’re all just going for it. No inhibitions. And it’s great to work with a young group of women and not feel ever self-conscious, ever insecure, and we’re all rooting for each other, we all want all of us to look good.”
