How’s it Yoing? That’s the question (or set of questions) Andy Cohen put to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Foster on Tuesday, February 16 — and the reality star was happy to dish on everything Cohen asked.
“How is single life?” the show host began his inquiries. “I don’t know I haven’t tried it yet,” Foster replied. “I’m still at home trying to get well.”
Turns out one thing she has changed since her divorce from David Foster is her last name. The mom-of-three revealed she decided the day before that she would revert to being Yolanda Hadid from now on. “I talked about it with the kids,” she told Cohen. “I never dropped the name Hadid, because I have three children with that last name, and I asked the kids, ‘Should I go back to van den Herik?’ and they said, ‘No! You’re our mommy and we have the same last name.’”
In addition to spilling details on her new life (her home, by the way, is pretty great, although she had to leave her huge fridge behind in Malibu!), Yolanda was happy to talk about her ongoing feud with Lisa Rinna. As Us Weekly reported last night, Rinna refused to reveal the source of her accusation that Yolanda could have Munchausen’s during Tuesday’s RHOBH. But Cohen had footage to show Yolanda of Rinna’s previous admission on his show, that her source was actually her female hairdresser.
“Are you going to listen to what the hairdresser says if you’re my friend?” Yolanda asked, in disgust. “You should go to the hairdresser and go, ‘Are you crazy?'” she added.
Does Yolanda feel she owes Rinna an apology for her big reaction over her statement about her kids? “No, absolutely not,” she replied.
But while she and Rinna remain at odds, Yolanda did admit that some of her former costars have remained her friends, namely Kim Richards and Brandi Glanville.
“They’re great,” she answered. “Of the whole group these are the two who deal with the most trouble in their life and they have the most compassion about my journey,” she said.
