Do better, CBS! Fans who were hoping to watch the 58th Annual Grammy Awards via CBS’ All Access livestream service on Monday, February 15, were a little more than disappointed to find that the site was having major problems during music’s biggest night.

Prior to the awards, which touted performances by Taylor Swift, Demi Lovato, John Legend and Adele, among other names, CBS boasted a free one-week online streaming service trial for the show.

Users, however, found that the service failed to deliver and took to Twitter to air their grievances.

CBS offered free streaming for the Super Bowl just one week prior, on Sunday, February 7.

The network promised the game “will look and feel exactly like it does on TV,” Marc DeBevoise, the general manager of CBS Digital Media, told Variety at the time.

The next day, CBS reported that it had broken streaming records with 3.96 million unique users.
