Never doing that again! Bethenny Frankel's divorce is nearly finalized, and the Real Housewives of New York City star has vowed she'll never marry again.
Talking to Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen after the RHONY series 8 premiere aired, the 45-year-old star opened up about her divorce from Jason Hoppy and revealed she's nearly at the end of the process (the parents of Bryn, now 5, were married for two and a half years before splitting in December 2012).
“I feel like we’re on the 18th hole," Frankel said of her long, drawn-out divorce. "I think we’re at the end of it. It’s been three and a half years and I like to be good at things, so I figure if I’m gonna get divorced, I’m gonna have the longest and best and most expensive divorce. It’s like a purse," she joked.
"It’s gnarly, and I didn’t see it as being this way, and here we are. It’s a learning experience. I’m feeling better and stronger and I’m happy, I’m coming out the other side.”
Although not without scars. The Skinnygirl founder told a caller to the show that she'll not be making the same mistake twice, and will never walk down the aisle again.
"I will not legally get married again," she said decisively.
And she also revealed that her love life is somewhat lacking right now. "My dating life was on fire. It's now as dry as a bone," she admitted. "As dry as a gray garden of petunias. But I'll get going again."
