Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Reunion: Kim Richards Makes Kyle Richards Cry — Find Out Why!

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills
Kim Richards made her sister Kyle Richards cry during part 2 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion.

Down and dirty! The women of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills were ready for conflict as part two of the high-stakes reunion tackled topics ranging from Kim Richards‘ poker night antics to the Glanville/Davidson feud (and, of course, the infamous Amsterdam wine glass toss).

Host Andy Cohen played referee as the ladies lobbed insults at each other. Which Housewives were hit hardest and which ones managed to rise above the fray? Find out in Us Weekly‘s RHOBH power ranking: reunion edition!

1. Lisa Rinna

Lisa Rinna
Lisa Rinna wondered whether the secret Kim Richards claimed to have about Harry Hamlin was that he was “f–king the dog” during the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion part 2.

Rinna channeled her inner Diane Sawyer and hit her fellow Housewives with some hard-hitting questions in this installment. She asked Kim Richards about the exact nature of her hospital stay (considering she kept changing her story around). She tried to dig into why, exactly, Brandi Glanville wanted to throw a glass of wine at Eileen Davidson.

However, when it came time to ask the biggest question of all — “What does Kim Richards think Harry Hamlin did?” — she got aggressive. Standing up and waving her arms around and throwing out her own theories, which amusingly, included “f–king the dog,” Rinna attacked Richards for her insinuations of wrongdoing.

Rinna’s argumentative tactics didn’t end there, though. She also decided to anoint her castmates with derogatory (yet loving) nicknames while they fought. During a row about Glanville’s double standards, she kept dropping, “my loves.” She kept pushing Richards to “own it, baby” when it came to her bad behavior. It was an interesting way of talking down to them while trying to seem caring on the surface.

Best Moment: Glanville made a dig at Rinna’s hairdo, which she noted “hasn’t changed in 20 years.” Rinna responded, “Yeah, my hair hasn’t changed in 20 years! F–k you!”” and flipped a double bird.

2. Eileen Davidson

Davidson was in the spotlight as part two of the reunion focused on her beef with Glanville. She remained composed throughout the chaos, talking about how she can’t handle Glanville anymore because she kept crossing lines with her and that she only butted into the Richards feud because she was worried something would happen down the line and she would feel guilty about it. Davidson wasn’t exactly a zinger-generating machine this week, but there is something to be said for keeping your head when everything is devolving into chaos.

Best Moment: When Glanville claimed that Davidson “had been an a–hole to [her]” but at least she apologizes, Davidson snidely remarked that after Glanville’s apologies she “keeps being an a–hole.” Apology not accepted!

3. Lisa Vanderpump

Kyle Richards
Kyle Richards cried after she got into an argument with Kim Richards over their sister, Kathy Hilton, in the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion.

Vanderpump fit in a few more digs at Glanville, and defended her decision to make her son, Max, work for his money even if he doesn’t have electricity. “He can take a cold shower and light a candle,” was her defense to a viewer who wanted her to pay the bill for him. Tough love at its finest.

Best Moment: In a behind-the-scenes interlude, Vanderpump joked with Kyle Richards about ways to get out of awkward reunion moments. Her grand idea was faking diarrhea. When Richards then tried to goad Vanderpump into following through with her plan during the taping, Vanderpump reminded everyone she was too glamorous for such an ailment.

4. Kyle Richards

Richards didn’t have much to say for a majority of the episode, but boy did she end strong during an argument with her sister, Kim, about their current status. Kim tried to claim that their other sister, Kathy Hilton, was appalled by Richards’ treatment of her on the show. Kyle wasn’t having it and started bawling, telling her sister that she was “so mean!” Kyle was worried she would become disconnected from her nieces and nephews because of her sister’s coldness, which she didn’t believe was fair. Things do not look good for the Richards’ sisterly relationship and next week’s episode makes it seem like things are only going to get worse.

Best Moment: The Housewives all talked about how they taught their children laundry skills at an earlier age than she did, but Richards took the criticism in stride. “You’re all trying to make me look bad!” she exclaimed before laughing.

5. Brandi Glanville

Brandi Glanville
Brandi Glanville proved during part 2 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion that loves to end a zinger with a curse, announcing that Lisa Rinna’s glass-smattering incident in Amsterdam was “assault and battery, bitch!”
Glanville continued to defend herself, talking about how she was a responsible mother and that not having her kids on the show removes a lot of her likability. She tried to prove to Davidson that she understood that her apologies didn’t have to be accepted because throwing wine was a big deal (real talk: what kind of monster wastes wine?!). She argued that Rinna went below the belt by joking that a “trashy mom” character Rinna played was based on her. She even remained diplomatic when a viewer’s question posited that she was just jealous of all of Davidson’s success and that’s why she was so catty to her this season.

Mainly though, this episode proved that Glanville loves to end a zinger with a curse, announcing that Rinna’s glass-smattering incident in Amsterdam was “assault and battery, bitch!” after telling her that “she should go back to selling Depends because she’s so full of s–t.”

Best Moment: Glanville channeled her inner Don Draper and told Cohen that “she doesn’t think” about Davidson. The best way to dig at someone is to make it seem as if they barely register for you at all.

6. Kim Richards

Kim Richards
Kim Richards took a moment during the Real Housewives of New York City to offer a real apology to Davidson for her “beast” comments in Amsterdam.

This week Richards was on the defensive, as she had to ward off accusations about the poker night pill-popping insanity and the Amsterdam incident involving a supposed secret about Hamlin. She called the pill she took before poker night “a slip, but not a relapse.” She claimed that her Amsterdam meltdown arose because she didn’t want Rinna to “talk about [her] anymore.” When Rinna tried to find out what Richards thinks Hamlin did, she tried to rise above the fray and say “she wouldn’t do that to [Rinna] or her children” but the other Housewives remained unconvinced she had any real dirt.

Despite Richards’ best efforts to defend herself, the editing of the episode was not on her side. Rinna’s accusations of gaslighting proved to be slightly true thanks to telling cuts of how events really played out following Richards’ descriptions of them.

It doesn’t look like things will be getting any easier for Richards, as this week’s episode ended with her getting into an escalating argument with her sister about their relationship. It looks like the final chapter of the reunion will provide more details about why the two are so angry with one another.

Best Moment: In between her defenses, Richards took a moment to offer a real apology to Davidson for her “beast” comments in Amsterdam. It was nice to see Richards offer genuine contrition (in between the moments where she was excusing herself for all of her other past behavior).
