She’s just being Miley! Miley Cyrus showed off her new multicolored braids via Instagram on Sunday, Dec. 6, a getup for her Milky Milky Milk Tour with her band, the Dead Petz.
“#mileycyrusandherdeadpetz #milkymilkymilktour #milkymilkymilk,” the controversial pop star, 22, captioned snap of herself and her new multicolored braids, along with a smiley face sticker affixed to her forehead. She also shared a pic on Saturday and wore the braids for her show that night.
Last month, the former Disney Channel star debuted a trippy, psychedelic music video for her new single, “Lighter.”
“F–k yeah!” she captioned the video on Facebook. “After our first show in Chicago we loved seeing y’all sing along to all the Dead Petz jams but seemed like this one was a fan favorite. Here is the official “Lighter” music video directed by me and Wayne Coyne, featuring Jen Stark’s badass animated kaleidoscopic projections!”
In the rainbow-colored video, the singer sang along with an unidentified figure while smoking.
Cyrus released her fifth studio album, Miley Cyrus and Her Dead Petz, as a surprise for free online, directly after she finished hosting the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards in L.A. on Aug. 30.
The 23-track album was recorded alongside Coyne — the lead singer of The Flaming Lips — and received mixed reviews.
