Hello, it’s Wiz Khalifa, and you may never listen to Adele’s “Hello” the same way again. The rapper transformed the Brit’s megahit into a stoner’s dream song during an appearance on Power 106’s The Cruz Show on Tuesday, January 26.
After Cruz brought up Khalifa’s talent for freestyling, the rapper swapped the lyrics of Adele’s record-breaker to better match his lifestyle.
“Roll one up and let’s get high / I am trying to get fried,” Khalifa, 28, sang in lieu of “Hello from the other side / I must have called a thousand times.”
After Amber Rose’s ex finished his masterpiece, Cruz asked the rapper the title of his song. “…What’s her song called again?” Khalifa asked the DJ, who informed him the record-breaking track is titled “Hello.”
“Hella-Os,” Wiz answered.
