Hours after Us Weekly exclusively revealed that Gavin Rossdale cheated with the nanny during his marriage to Gwen Stefani, the Voice mentor tweeted that she was “looking forward” to an upcoming event.

As detailed in the new issue of Us Weekly, sources say that Rossdale carried on a three-year affair with the couple’s longtime nanny Mindy Mann, who was one of several caretakers entrusted with watching after their three sons, Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and Apollo, 20 months. Insiders claim the Bush rocker even cheated on Stefani during her 2013 pregnancy with Apollo. (Rossdale’s rep declined to comment; Stefani’s rep could not be reached.)
Stefani, meanwhile, seemed to allude to discovering Rossdale’s betrayal this past February in a new interview with KIIS FM’s JoJo Wright on Monday, Nov. 9. “Everybody knows that my life blew up last February,” Stefani said. “I’d just been dealing with that. Unexpected. I was going along thinking that was going to be the rest of my life and it’s not. I don’t know what happened.”
Sources told Us that the No Doubt songstress found nude photos and racy texts exchanged between her husband and the nanny. While Rossdale initially covered up his infidelity, insiders say he eventually fessed up to cheating with Mann this summer. In August, Stefani and Rossdale announced they were splitting after 13 years of marriage.
The L.A.M.B. designer found her footing through songwriting, as evidenced by the lyrics in her smash new single, “Used to Love You.” Stefani has also since moved on romantically with her fellow Voice coach Blake Shelton.
“I just knew that I needed to write,” the songstress told Wright. “Even the first day that I went into the studio, I didn’t want to get out of bed. You know when you’re so down that you just don’t want to do anything? I went to the studio and I wrote a song. And it wasn’t just writing a song to a track or something. It was like sitting at a piano with a guy I didn’t know and an engineer that’s sitting there who I didn’t know, and all this stuff is going down they didn’t know.”
