Audrina Patridge has been inundated with pregnancy pointers.
“It’s almost overwhelming,” the Hills alum told Us Weekly on Tuesday, March 1, at the Biggest Baby Shower Ever, hosted by Big City Moms in L.A. “The best advice I have gotten is to continue working out and to eat healthy. They say it makes for an easier labor, and after you have the baby, it’s easier to get back [in shape].”
But the former MTV star, who is expecting her first child with fiancé Corey Bohan this summer, isn’t going crazy at the gym. “I do prenatal Pilates and some butt exercises for, like, 10 minutes,” Patridge said. “I don’t go for like an hour straight anymore, and if I do, I take my time.”
With the exception of Girl Scout cookies — “I can’t get enough of those!” — the 30-year-old has been sticking to a healthy diet. “I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables,” she shared. “I love pineapple!”
Meanwhile, Patridge — now in her second trimester — is starting to feel like herself again. “I am feeling really good!” she raved. “My energy is back. I didn’t have any morning sickness, I was just so tired.”
Patridge and her BMX dirt-biker love, 34, will tie the knot after the baby’s arrival. “We are going to have the wedding at the end of this year,” she said. “It’s so overwhelming. I’ve been using Pinterest to get ideas.”
