Making it official! Tig Notaro married her longtime love, Stephanie Allynne, on Saturday, Oct. 24, her rep exclusively confirms to Us Weekly.
The pair tied the knot in Notaro’s hometown of Pass Christian, Miss., with their family and friends in attendance. Celebrity guests included Lucy Lawless, Lake Bell, Alicia Silverstone, Sarah Silverman, and Jessica Williams.
The couple met on the set of Bell’s 2013 indie flick In a World and got engaged on New Year’s Day of this year.
True to form, Notaro, 44, took to Twitter to talk about her wedding day on Saturday, writing, “I’m getting married today. My only fear is that instead of ‘I do’ I’ll say ‘I do do’.”
She also quipped, “Everyone at my wedding reception danced like I was watching,” and later added, “Wedding night sex is better than regular sex cause you finally have an excuse to not have it.”
