Bachelors Sean Lowe, Ben Flajnik and More React to Ben Higgins’ Two ‘I Love Yous’: ‘Bro, That Wasn’t Smart’

Bachelor code red! Former Bachelors Sean Lowe, Ben Flajnik, Chris Soules and Jake Pavelka took to Twitter on Monday, February 29, to react to Bachelor Ben Higgins breaking all the rules and professing his love to not one, but both of his finalists, Lauren Bushnell and JoJo Fletcher.

Season 17 Bachelor Lowe, 32, who married his chosen lady, Catherine Giudici, warned Higgins that he was headed for trouble. The entrepreneur and Giudici, who married in 2014, are currently expecting their first child together.

Prince Farming Chris Soules, who was the lead on Season 19 of the series, was more empathetic about Higgins’ position. Soules ultimately chose Whitney Bischoff over Becca Tilley, but he and his fiancee split two months after fans watched the two get engaged on the finale.

Season 16 lead Ben Flajnik feared for Higgins after Monday’s episode aired. “I still can’t believe I ever did this s–t,” the entrepreneur tweeted. “It’s amazing. #TheBachelor.” Flajnik ultimately picked Courtney Robertson, the villain on his season, but they split in October 2012.

Season 14 Bachelor Jake Pavelka was also concerned for everyone remaining on Higgins’ season of The Bachelor. Pavelka famously proposed to his season’s winner, Vienna Girardi, and they had arguably the worst split known to Bachelor Nation.
