Some traditions just never get old. Taylor Swift shared a few short clips of herself battling her younger brother Austin in an Easter egg game on Saturday, March 26, that proves sibling rivalry knows no age.
In the clips, the 26-year-old pop singer faces off against Austin, 24, at a kitchen table, each with an egg in hand.
“Wait, what were the rules?” Austin asks.
“You go 3-2-1, and then you —“ Taylor explains, making a motion of tapping the two eggs together. “Who wins?”
“The guy with the not-broken egg,” Austin replies.

The brother-sister pair then go several rounds hitting at each others’ eggs, with varied success. While the “Wildest Dream” singer was triumphant in the first face-off, she suffered a “devastating loss” in the second round.
“It went to battle before, this isn’t fair, I used this one last round,” she says of her cracked egg as she mourns her loss.
“That’s how it works,” Austin replies smugly.
The siblings have always been super close, with Austin defending his sister in February after Kanye West released his track “Famous,” in which he raps, “I feel like me and Taylor might have sex / Why? I made that bitch famous.”
Shortly afterward, Austin posted an Instagram of himself throwing out his Yeezy sneakers.
“Getting a head start on some spring cleaning,” he captioned the clip. “Here we go again.”
