Maggie Grace is back on the market. The Choice actress, 32, is no longer engaged to director Matthew Cooke, a source exclusively confirms to Us Weekly.
Grace, who has been busy filming the upcoming flick 478 opposite Arnold Schwarzenegger, shared the news with her followers in November. “Recently, I’ve been embracing balance … and being single again :)” she captioned a photo of a quote from 13th century poet Rumi that reads: “Life is a balance of holding on and letting go.”
Cooke also posted similar quotes from the poet in November. “Wherever you stand, be the soul of that place,” one of his Instagram photos read.
The Taken actress was spotted without her ring at the Choice premiere in Los Angeles Tuesday, February 2.
Grace and Cooke announced their engagement last February after dating for some time.
"The minute I heard my first love story, I started looking for you, not knowing how blind that was. Lovers do not finally meet somewhere. They are in each other all along,” she captioned an Instagram photo of herself in Cooke’s embrace, flashing her ring in February 2015. “Rumi Matthew Cooke & I are so excited to share our engagement with you guys! I could not feel more grateful to share my life with this incredible man."
Grace was previously linked to Ian Somerhalder, who is now married to Nikki Reed.
